  • Identify how our identity, social, economic realities and religious beliefs shape attitudes about grief and loss.
  • Recognize a variety of models for constructing, revising and interpreting loss.
  • Formulate methods that will help grievers construct loss strategies to integrate a loss.
  • Assist grievers to gradually come to resolution and readjustment.
